Digital downloads provided are for personal use only. Purchasing digital content from this website does not grant commercial license for reproduction and sale.

Refund Policy

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported in writing (email or letter) within 10 days of delivery. When reporting damaged goods it would help us speed up the process if you could include photo's of the damage.

Pending any claim for faulty or damaged in transit items, the goods must retained for inspection / collection by courier.

Please Note: We will endeavour to process all refunds ASAP (please allow up to 14 days especially at busy periods).

We are unable to offer a refund / exchange service on any made to order products (e.g. Commissioned Pet Portraits).

Cancelling/Returning an Order

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund (less postage). Your refund will normally be paid within 10 working days of reciept of returned of the goods.

Please be aware - we do not refund the return postage. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and the value of any goods damaged in return transit.
